Located within Vivéa Business Park, W17 Vivéa offers a convenient and professional setting for meetings, workshops, presentations, and business events. Whether you are catching up with your team, meeting a client, or hosting a larger group, there is a space to match your needs.

For smaller meetings, our meeting rooms can accommodate up to six or eight people. They are ideal for team discussions, brainstorming sessions, and collaborative work. If you need more room, our boardrooms can host up to 10 or 14 people. They provide the perfect setting for presentations, strategy sessions, and important conversations. For smaller and more private discussions, our consultation rooms accommodate up to four people. Planning something bigger? The Seminar Room can welcome up to 25 people. With a flexible layout and a 65-inch mobile TV, it is ideal for workshops, training sessions, presentations, and professional events.

For smaller meetings, you can choose from a meeting room for up to six people or two meeting rooms accommodating up to eight people. These spaces are ideal for team discussions, brainstorming sessions, and client meetings.

For larger groups, our boardrooms can accommodate up to 10 or 14 people. They offer a comfortable and professional environment for strategy sessions, presentations, and focused conversations.

Need a more flexible setting? The Library Lounge can welcome up to 30 people. This versatile space is perfect for workshops, presentations, networking sessions, community events, and larger gatherings.

Several meeting rooms can accommodate up to 10 people, while an additional meeting room is available for up to eight people. They are ideal for team meetings, collaborative sessions, and client conversations.

For more private meetings, two consultation rooms can accommodate up to four people. These spaces work perfectly for one-to-one meetings, interviews, and smaller discussions.

The Amphitheatre offers something a little different, a flexible space for events and larger gatherings. It can welcome up to 20 people in a theatre-style setup or up to 35 guests for a cocktail-style event.
