Private offices designed for focus, flexibility & growth in Mauritius
Fully furnished, serviced offices for teams of any size.
One monthly bill covers the furniture, electricity, internet, cleaning and the meeting rooms down the hall.
You just move in and work.
A serviced office vs. a traditional lease
Renting a bare office means managing a fit-out and a dozen suppliers.
At W17, it’s all done before you arrive.
Expanding your team also brings
financial benefits.
Include a new member in your Adventurer or Rooted Membership, and enjoy a 20% discount compared to the primary member's cost.
